Invergowrie's Village Hall
46 Main Street
The Hall is open within the limits allowed by the current regulations and guidelines. This means we cannot currently accept bookings for parties, but if you are looking to set up an activity that is permitted, please follow the booking procedure below. As you will understand, any booking (new or old) is subject to cancellation or suspension at short notice. Despite what might be stated elsewhere on this website, you may not use chairs or any of the kitchen equipment, except by arrangement via Kim. Tables may be used. The aim is to minimise touching of shared items.
We have two rooms available for hire:
People using the James Stewart Hall or the Meeting Room also have access to the kitchen, which has water boiler (for teas and coffees), kettles, a fridge freezer and an oven. There is also a stock of cutlery and crockery.
The best way to book is to find a suitable timeslot in the calendar below and then click on the Online Booking Form button at the bottom of this page.
Our online calendar allows you to see when the James Stewart Hall (Green) and the Meeting Room (Blue) are in use. You can move between weeks by clicking the arrows by the "Today" button and you can scroll up and down the day. If the time you require looks free, just click the Online Booking Form button and give us the details.
If you have any enquiries relating to the availability or if you would like further details, you can e-mail email@example.com.
Please remember that the Hall is run by a team of volunteers. We may not be able reply to your request especially quickly. No booking is confirmed until a booking form has been completed and accepted.
The booking form opens in a separate window so that you can refer back to the Calendar while you fill it in. If you prefer paper, you can download a Booking Form and send to firstname.lastname@example.org or post it to Steve King, 66 Main Street, Invergowrie DD2 5AA
